Promise One

If you book any packaged holiday through us OR we tailor a holiday package to meet your travel requirements then it will be protected under either our ATOL licence and/or one of our approved tour operators ATOL licence.

If you book only the flight with us , we will also give you either SAFI (Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance) or AFI (Airline Failure Insurance) which means you will not be stranded nor left abroad without any arrangement to bring you back home in case of airline’s failure.

Promise Two

Being a member of The Global Travel Group, means that all the money you have paid in the form of deposit and/or full balance toward your holiday will be protected under the “Customer Protection Guarantee Scheme” which will keep the customer funds legally protected in client account trust. That means in the unlikely event that we” Travel Promise Ltd” or “The Global Travel Group” are failing then your money will remain safe & will be paid to the tour operator as normal so you can carry on with your holiday or at least you will get full refund in case the tour operator is failing as well.

Promise Three

Our professionally trained staff will try their best to search for a holiday that meet your requirements with the lowest possible price, however in case you managed to find similar holiday (like for like / proof required) within 24hrs from your booking then we will happily match that lower price & refund you the difference.

We will NEVER use your telephone number to make cold-calls offers / promotions.
